Can banking deposits be automatically dispersed to separate accounts based on a percentage of the deposit?

No. If that's what you want, set up multiple separate deposits or transfer funds between accounts AFTER the deposit is made to one of them. Having all those separate accounts is silly, however; you just need a simple budget on an Excel spreadsheet.
